January/February 1983 installment of this Austin, Texas fanzine by members of the Dicks and the Torn Panties. An incredible issue with: DRI, Fuck Ups, Butthole Surfers, Dicks, Marching Plague, Dead Kennedys, Big Boys, Offenders and on and on. Some staining to cover but overall in very good shape. Duck Butter issues almost never turn up!
